I have something called Frasier Syndrome. Tragically it is not like the Frasier on the left (symptoms would include: an addiction to tossed salad and scrambled eggs).

In medical terms it goes as follows: Frasier syndrome presents at birth with male pseudohermaphroditism (the external genitalia have a female appearance despite an XY genotype), streak gonads and progressive glomerulonephropathy (focal segmental glomerulosclerosis). 

A veritable tongue-twister that one.
